What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I hate to sound lame but I keep it simple when cooking for myself.
Breakfast, usually 3 eggs, a bowl of oatmeal with some Blueberries or Bananas. Wash it all down with some Protein powder mixed with some Almond Milk.
Next lunch will consist salad and maybe some chicken .
Dinner would be some steak, veggies and maybe rice or potatoes.
Now when I go out that's a different story. I love a good steakhouse or Italian Restaurant.
